Appleton Investments is a private investment company that builds and leases housing solutions. We bridge the gap between short-term and permanent housing for areas that are experiencing major growth or have lost housing inventory due to disaster.

Some companies provide "man camps" or "trailers" for short-term application while others construct apartments onsite for long-term growth. Appleton's niche is to provide fast & turn-key housing available for lease, while also remaining movable.  We supply this mid-term housing as affordable 3 bedroom cottages that can last 30+ years if applicable. Since our housing is "permanently affixed" municipalities can use this method to hold existing tax-base for a specified period of time and slowly cycle-out the cottages for the infill of permanent residences at a later date.
