Fountainbleau Apartments have been a fixture in the community for over 30 years. With their superior location, joining USM campus on the north side of 4th Street, Fountainbleau has been a favorite for college students and young professionals alike.

 

Since the recent acquisition, Fountainbleau Apartments have undergone major renovation to the grounds and apartments. We will resume leasing on August 1 and are taking applications now.
