Fountainbleau Apartments (110 Unit Apartment Renovation)

-Across from Southern's Campus

Fountainbleau Apartments in Hattiesburg MS consists of 110 apartments conveniently located just across the street from USM, putting you in the heart of Hattiesburg. The Fountainbleau Apartments project was a complete renovation and is shaping up to be a home run investment. Although the project was a lot to handle, I will miss the location. Neighborhood restaurants, the 40+ mile walk/bike trail that joins Fountainbleau, and enjoying many USM games without having to find a place to park!

Depot Plaza (30,000 sq ft Commercial Re-Development)

-Downtown McComb, MS

The Depot Plaza is a 30,000 +/- sq ft commercial building in the historical district of McComb, MS. The downtown area of this small city is being revitalized and Appleton was excited to have the opportunity to be part of the action.

The Depot Plaza was acquired in order to revitalize a once-abandoned shopping center near downtown McComb, MS. New storefront, roof, and parking are underway giving the Depot Plaza a much needed new life. Project will be available to lease in December of 2016.

Cottages on South Magnolia (Housing Infill Project)

-Phase 1 of a 100 home deployment

The Housing Infill Project is the 1st phase in a 100 home deployment. The program is proving that abandoned and non-productive city lots can be recycled, uplifting neighborhood property values.

The "Cottages on South Magnolia" was undertaken as part of a larger Infill Project to combat an eroding tax base. When the declining portion of a neighborhood reaches its critical mass, an infill program can be implemented to recycle properties that are vacant, non productive, and abandoned, thus improving the overall values of the neighborhood.

Honeysuckle Community (31 Home Complete Renovation)

-Bringing Affordable Housing back to Summit, MS.

Appleton Investments purchased Honeysuckle Trail in 2016. The small development had been constructed in 2000 but suffered from major deferred maintenance. After completing renovation of all 31 homes we are proud to reintroduce this small community back to Summit, MS.
Appleton Investments Re-Developed the 31 mobile homes and presently have 75% of the development occupied. It brings us great pride to see children back playing in the yards and enjoying the newly updated homes and neighborhood.

This great development with large yards on a private paved street is a must-see. Homes are a mixture of 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and 5-bedroom homes. Section 8 applicants are welcome.
