Here is how to get started:

Getting Approved:

If you would like to view a rental property, please fill out the Rental Application Here. After you have completed the application and are approved, we can schedule a time for you to view the property you might be interested in renting.

To view a property, we require:

1. A Completed Rental Application (above) **Free**

2. Two Most Recent Check Stubs

3. A Copy of your Driver's License

4. *** If you have assistance ie: Section 8 vouchers, SSI, or others, we need a copy***

If you decide to rent, we require:

1. First Month's Rent

2. Security Deposit (same as rent)

3. $15 processing fee

All of the above material can be emailed to us at info@appletoninvestments.com Once you are approved and your account created, your deposit/rent can be paid online for your convenience. You can be moving into one of your properties within 24 hours!
